Second Videographer - $400
A second videographer allows us to be in two places at once. This means we can capture both partners getting ready in the morning and, most importantly, film intimate close-ups and guest reactions during your ceremony without ever missing a key moment. It’s the key to a more dynamic and comprehensive film.

Essential Add - Ons

Full Edit of Ceremony & Speeches - $400
While your highlight film features the key moments, this add-on provides the complete, uninterrupted recording of your full ceremony and all main speeches. It's the perfect way to preserve these important words and re-watch them in their entirety for years to come.

Additional Hours of Coverage - $200 per hour

Add a breath-taking, cinematic perspective to your wedding film. Our drone footage captures the stunning scale of your venue and the beautiful landscape surrounding it, providing epic establishing shots that truly elevate the final film. Raw Footage - $400 (including hard-drive)
For the truly sentimental or the aspiring editor in your family, this option provides you with all of the raw, unedited video files from your wedding day. You'll receive every single clip, delivered on a dedicated hard drive for your personal archives.

Creating your wedding film is a collaborative journey. We've refined our process to be as clear, simple, and stress-free as possible, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way. Here’s a look at how we’ll work together to capture your story.

The Journey

  • Let’s connect! Either email info@drewhillmedia.com.au or call/text at +61449061200 we’ll get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit for your big day. Once you’re ready to lock us in, we'll send over a detailed quote and contract. To lock in your date, simply sign the contract and pay the deposit—it's that easy.

  • In the weeks leading up to your celebration, we'll be in touch to finalise all the important details. About a month out, we'll send a detailed questionnaire where you can share your timeline, key moments, music preferences, and any specific requests. This ensures we understand your vision completely and can plan our coverage to run smoothly alongside your photographer.

  • We’ll finalise the remaining balance and check-in to confirm any last-minute updates, timeline adjustments, or backup plans (just in case Mother Nature has her own ideas).

  • We’ll update you when we’re on the way, arrive early to set up, our job is to capture the story as it unfolds naturally. We work in a discreet, unobtrusive style, blending into the background to capture the authentic moments and emotions. We want you to be fully present and enjoy your celebration, confident that all the memories are being preserved beautifully.

  • The day after, you’ll receive a TikTok/Instagram-style vertical video, capturing the best moments to share with your friends and family on social media!

  • The magic starts to take shape! We’ll craft a rough storyboard, handpicking the best moments and beginning the color grading and audio layering process to bring your story to life.

  • Great films take time, and we pour countless hours into making sure your wedding video is nothing short of stunning. Once it’s ready, we’ll deliver your final files, beautifully polished and ready to share with your loved ones. Trust us—some things are worth the wait.
